Essential Information for Your Journey

As you prepare for your exciting trip, here are some important considerations and requirements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Travel Documentation Requirements
It's crucial to carry the appropriate documents for all travelers:

Adults (18 and above): Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.

Children (5-11 years): School ID, or Passport.

Children (2-4 years): School ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport.

Infants (below 2 years): Birth Certificate or Passport.

Additional Needs: One passport-size photo uploaded in the system. Note that NRI and Foreign Nationals will incur additional Restricted Area Permit (RAP) charges.

Special Notes

Validity: The quoted price is valid for travel until March 2024 and applies to Indian Nationals only.

Vehicle Usage: The vehicle provided is not at disposal. Extra usage or sightseeing will incur additional charges.

Identification: Personal identification is mandatory for air travel and hotel check-ins for security reasons, such as an election card, driving license, or passport.

Guide Services: Please note the driver is not a guide. While he will take you to the specified sightseeing locations, exploring the site will be your responsibility. The itinerary is subject to change.

Hotel Policies: Standard hotel check-in is at 1400hrs, and check-out is at 1000hrs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Booking Confirmation: Hotel and service confirmations are subject to availability. If the specified hotels are unavailable, hotels of a similar category will be booked.

Liability: As a ground handling agent, we are not liable for any claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, injuries, delayed or canceled flights, and natural occurrences.

Accommodation and Facilities

Stairs in Hotels: Not all hotels have lift facilities; guests may need to climb stairs. Those with health issues like high blood pressure, breathing problems, or knee and heart conditions should inform us at booking time for appropriate arrangements, subject to availability.

Room Amenities: Facilities like western toilets, televisions, and geysers may not be available at all locations. The region focuses on nature and eco-friendly atmosphere, and facilities may not match those found in more developed destinations.

Hotel Categories: Many regions do not have star-category hotels. The best available rooms in similar category hotels will be provided.

Water and Electricity: Scarcity of water and electricity is common in the region. We request your understanding and cooperation with any inconveniences that may arise during the tour.

Inner Line Permits for Nathula Pass, Tsongo Lake, Baba Mandir, Lachen, Lachung, & Zero Point
- Indian nationals need an Inner Line Permit to visit Nathula Pass, Tsongo Lake, Baba Mandir, Lachen, Lachung, & Zero Point. These permits are only issued online and can take 1-2 working days to process.

Required Documents: Scanned copies of passport-size photographs and a photo ID address proof (Voter ID, Driving License, Passport; for children, a school ID is acceptable).
