OUR BOOKING POLICY
Our Booking Policy: Land Package Booking Payment Policy will be:
1st Payment: 30% of Booking Amount – at the time of Booking.
2nd Payment: 30% of the Booking Amount (After getting confirmation voucher)
3rd Payment: 40% of the Booking Amount 7 Days prior to departure date.
Payment terms are subject to change depends on the travel dates and hotels payment policy.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Cancellation Policy:
• Before 45 days to the departure : Rs. 2000/- Per Person
• From 45 days to 30 days prior to the departure date : 45% of Package Cost
• From 30 days to 15 days prior to the departure date : 60% of Package Cost
• From 14 days to 7 days prior to the departure date : 75% of Package Cost
• 7 Days prior to departure date : Non Refundable
• Retention may be charged on case to case basis.
• If we have notified you a different cancellation rule, then the above rule will not be applicable.
• No refund is admissible if service is cancelled due to force majeure events such as acts of God, civil / political disturbances or events beyond our control. Proof of Identity:
• As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo Identity (Voters ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Passport, Armed forces identity card etc.).
• It is compulsory for foreign Nationals and NRI’s to carry their passport with valid Visas or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
